The location is perfect, close to restaurants and a mall. The room is brand-new, large, and includes a sofa bed and feather pillows. A wide variety of breakfast options are offered.

The location here is amazing - so close to great restaurants and easy to get around. The room felt really fresh, like everything was brand-new. It even had a comfy sofa bed and feather pillows 🛋️. The staff was top-notch, always ready to help with whatever we needed.

All in all marvellous location, near to several other shopping areas / stores and many restaurants and the mall. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a fridge in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

I was impressed with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants and shops. It made it easy for me to explore and dine out during my stay.

I booked a room with a sitting area, but received a room with one child size chair that neither of us could sit it. Ridiculously small!

The room is brand-new and exceptionally clean and with central heating, television and a microwave oven. The service is excellent, includes easy to access parking.

Plus, the breakfast options are sure to satisfy any appetite. Additionally, some rooms offer a great view of the parking lot and your car, allowing for added privacy.

There may be some noise disturbances, such as plumbing pipe circulation sounds or children running in the halls, which can disrupt the tranquility of your stay.

The staff seemed excellent and efficient. The room was brand-new and absolutely perfect with feather pillows and a sofa bed for 4, for example, we were quite satisfied. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of food.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Memphis. Reasonable value, wonderful hotel with excellent service. Favourable location; nice and kind staff. A great restaurant available in the venue.

The room was spacious, bed and pillows were soft and comfy, excellent service at check-in, great location near the Galleria, peaceful for sleeping, great job solving reservation issue.

This staff was the BEST hotel staff we have ever encountered (and we travel often). So friendly and accommodating. We stayed 3 nights and they made it a wonderful experience. Hotel room itself was great for the price.
